The Property Practitioner's Act note on education regulations
A practice note issued by the Property Practitioner's Act has extended the compliance deadline to all practitioners until January 2023.
What does this mean?
According to the Act, all practitioners are required to complete their necessary educational qualifications, and write the Board Examination, in order to operate in the industry.
It is necessary to achieve these qualifications to avoid exclusions from daily operations as a practitioner.
Prime Property ensures compliance amongst all our practitioners, giving peace of mind to all clients.
The Prime Property Real Estate Academy offers practitioners, both internal and external, the opportunity to complete the relevant courses. All courses are Seta accredited and conveyed online, giving all candidates the opportunity to continue and further their educational requirements with ease.
