Property viewing during Covid-19

Following the president's stricter lockdown regulations, it is confirmed that the viewing of properties for rent and for sale, provided stringent Covid-19 protocols are in place;
- Property viewings should only be arranged once a client has expressed definite interest in the property
- Masks must be worn at all times
- Safety protocols must be in place. Temperature readings and sanitizing must be done prior to entry of the property. Clients may be refused entry should they deny to adhere to the protocols.
- Clients must confirm in writing that they have not been in contact with anyone who has had the virus for at least 14 days before their appointment and that they do not currently have any symptoms
- A maximum of 2 people may view the property at a time. Should there be more than one appointment, the agent must ensure proper ventilation and sanitation between viewings
- Agents must safeguard that no objects and surfaces are touched during the viewing
