This article is a follow up on the Sunday Tribune article titled "The Maharaj of Umhlanga." It touches on my backround being from the smal town of Pitermaritsburg to running my real estate business in Umhlanga.
This has been a great experience and i keep learning everyday.
I understand people and how they think! Everybody wants a good deal, myself and my team do not walk away from the table without fixing a good deal. Repeat business and referrals are golden in this industry.
