Dubai is situated in the northeast of the United Ara Emirates and is a city well known for luxury shopping, ultramodern architecture, and a lively nightlife scene. It is one of the most preferred tourist destinations in the world, with some of its featured attractions being the Burj Khalifa (known as the world's tallest building, an 830m tall tower,) at its foot lies the Dubai Fountain, with lights and jets choreographed to music, the Burj al Arab (the only seven star hotel located in the sea), the Dubai Mall (the largest mall in the world). On artificial islands just offshore is Atlantis, The Palm, a resort with water and marine-animal parks.
